Abstract:
This paper introduces the design and manufacturing process of a ball screw scissor lift table. The lifting platform adopts a scissor structure and a ball screw drive, which has the advantages of good stability, high precision, and long service life. In the design process, SolidWorks software is used for 3D modeling and finite element analysis, and the strength calculation of key components is carried out. In the manufacturing process, CNC machining and manual assembly are used to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the lifting platform. Finally, experimental verification is carried out, and the results show that the performance of the lifting platform meets the design requirements.
